Strategy2Action is the Dubai arm of Synergize operated in Pakistan from 1999-2006.
Created in 1999 with the vision of satisfying customers across a broad range of marketing, IT, HR and T&OD needs; a multi disciplinary organization with a vision of total satisfaction for clients.. We started off in the UAE with Strategy2Action in 2006, focusing on the creation and implementation of strategy and performance management.
Ethics play a major role in our operations, we have always stood for what is right then the powers that be. We have taken healthy conflicts with our clients on issues of principles, sometimes even lost business, however, stood by what was right, first and last.
Our clients encompass all segments big or small across most industries. Some of their major achievements include consulting the Government of Pakistan on anti-smuggling issues, attracting FDIs (Foreign Direct Investments) besides Image Change strategies. At a corporate level, they have launched a major telecom distributor in Pakistan by the name of “Mobile Zone” representing Nokia, Sony-Ericsson and Samsung; besides consulting the largest commercial bank in Pakistan in the public sector-National Bank of Pakistan (60% of Pakistan Gross Domestic Product) besides the largest state run oil marketing company (OMC), Pakistan State Oil (with a daily revenue exceeding USD 2 million) on the Balanced Score Card.

Our core team comprises the following members:
Imran O Kazmi: MBA and BBA (Hons) from IBA in 1992, with over 7 years of consulting experience out of which the last 5 years has been on the Balanced Scorecard with leading banks and oil firms besides work experience in blue-chip multinationals. Imran has to his credit an INNOVATION (the only one of its kind) on the Balanced Scorecard called CRS Cube. Imran’s role is to Captain the ship from origin to destination with overall leadership responsibility of team and task results. Imran is also a world peace activist with his blog / site www.ahappyworld.info to create an unbiased, poverty-free and borderless world.
Lucy Hay: Lucy Hay is a CELTA (Cambridge University) qualified Corporate English Language Trainer. Having spent many years as an administrator in the oil and gas sector, Lucy retrained as an English Language Teacher, in 2003. Since that time, Lucy has taught both general and business English to a wide variety of nationalities throughout the UAE and Qatar. She offered a number of different courses to both corporate and private clients. Lucy’s courses included all levels of General English, Conversational English, Business English and Writing Skills.
Prof Dr Atiya Khalil Arab Al Ansari: A noted Academic, former head of the Arabic Department, poet and philosopher, Dr Atiya has spent her whole life in Academics, teaching, teacher training and Academic curricula development for Ministries, besides assisting doctoral students with their thesis and research work. She brings with her a rich understanding of Academics and the public sector education system from schooling to university. Dr Atiya’s role is to advise on the Arab angles of projects in the Gulf region. Dr Atiya is an active writer on religious and social topics affecting the world today.
